Where we meet you at the airport
You land, walk through the hall and the car is already outside. No calls, no searching — you know the spot in advance and it is on this page.
At Václav Havel Airport we wait in the express car park right in front of the terminal. Which one depends on where you fly from: flights from Schengen countries land at Terminal 2, all others at Terminal 1. We name the right one in your booking confirmation.
Terminal 2 — flights from the Schengen area
You leave the arrivals hall through the main exit and the car is in the car park opposite, a few dozen metres from the door. The driver stands by the car, not inside the building.
Terminal 1 — flights from outside the Schengen area
Same idea — the exit from the hall and the car park right across from it.
Meet and greet in the arrivals hall
Surcharge 100 CZK
I wait inside the arrivals hall with a board showing your name and walk you to the car.
Useful if you are flying in for the first time, travelling with children or plenty of luggage, or landing late in the evening. The surcharge covers parking — waiting inside takes longer than pulling up, and the express car park is charged per ten minutes. If you want it, add a note to your booking.
Switch your phone on after landing
Turn off flight mode as soon as you can. It is the only thing we need from you. We can text you where exactly we are standing, and you can let us know once you have your luggage and are heading for the exit — that tells us when to pull up to the terminal.
If you cannot get in touch because your phone is dead or roaming does not work, nothing is lost. The driver waits at the spot according to the landing time, not your message. It only saves waiting on both sides.
If the flight is delayed
We track the flight and move the pick-up ourselves. You pay nothing extra and do not need to call. 30 minutes from landing are included, 60 minutes for flights from outside the Schengen area (Terminal 1 in Prague) — that is time for luggage and passport control. Waiting beyond that is 100 CZK per each started 10 minutes.
Departure
Going to the airport works the other way round: we pick you up at your address and drop you at the departure terminal. We suggest the departure time based on your flight so you can check in without rushing.
