We will take you to Václav Havel Airport Prague or pick you up there — in an executive car with a driver, for a price you know before you set off. We track your flight number, so a delay is not your problem.

How it works

  1. Book through the calculator, by phone or by e-mail. For an airport pick-up, give us your flight number.
  2. We confirm the booking — only then is the contract of carriage concluded. The confirmation states the final price, the vehicle and the driver.
  3. We watch the flight. If you land early or late, the pick-up time moves with it and you pay nothing extra.

Waiting and where we meet

30 minutes from landing are included in an airport pick-up, 60 minutes for flights from outside the Schengen area (Terminal 1 in Prague).

The driver normally waits in the car park in front of the terminal. We show the exact spot at both terminals on aerial maps — where we meet you at the airport.

A meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall with a name board is available for a surcharge of 100 CZK, which covers parking.

Waiting beyond that is 100 CZK per each started 10 minutes. That rate applies to journeys in Prague and the surrounding area; on long-distance trips the waiting is agreed in advance according to its length, roughly 300 CZK per hour.

What it costs

The price is agreed in advance as a fixed amount and covers fuel, motorway tolls in the Czech Republic and standard luggage. The first 20 km are included.

From most places in Prague the airport falls within the base price — it is roughly 18 to 24 km from the centre. The calculator gives the exact price.

The cars

The E-Class estate suits one to three passengers with normal luggage. The V-Class takes up to seven people and their cases — for a family, a team, or a longer stay. A child seat is available free of charge.

Payment and cancellation

Pay the driver in cash, by card, by bank transfer, or — for companies — against an invoice due in 7 to 14 days. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up; the details are in the terms and conditions.
