We drive both ways: Prague → Vienna Airport and Vienna Airport → Prague. Vienna Airport offers long-haul routes that do not fly from Prague. We take you to Schwechat straight from home — with as much time in hand as you choose.

Why by car
Coach services to Schwechat run on a fixed timetable, which for an early departure means leaving Prague at night and waiting for hours at the terminal. A car leaves so that you arrive two or three hours before your flight, not at five in the morning.
When to leave
We plan the departure from your flight time, not the other way round — allow three hours for long-haul check-in and two for European flights. The only bottleneck on the route is arriving into Vienna during the morning peak; in that case we set off earlier. The return journey from the airport works the same way — just give us the flight number.
And the same in reverse
The return works the same way — from Vienna Airport to Prague. We track the flight number, so a delay simply means we wait, at no extra charge.
Tolls and charges
Austria charges a motorway vignette. Tolls outside the Czech Republic are billed separately under our price list and we state them in the confirmation. For journeys leaving the Czech Republic, payment of the agreed price in advance is a condition of carriage, at the latest 24 hours before pick-up.
What it costs
The price follows our price list, is calculated from the actual road distance and is agreed in advance as a fixed sum — there is no meter. It includes fuel, motorway tolls in the Czech Republic and standard luggage.
Mercedes-Benz E-Class estate — base fare 800 CZK incl. VAT including the first 20 km, 36 CZK per km up to 150 km and 30 CZK per km beyond
Mercedes-Benz V-Class — base fare 921 CZK incl. VAT including the first 20 km, 46 CZK per km up to 150 km and 38 CZK per km beyond
From our price list this route works out at 11 180 CZK incl. VAT in the E-Class estate, 14 121 CZK incl. VAT in the V-Class — one way. The empty return leg is not charged.

Day trip: back the same day
For journeys outside the Czech Republic the return leg is 50 % of the outbound fare, provided you return the same day and the driver waits no more than six hours — on a long-distance run he drives back empty anyway. For longer waiting or a return on another day, the agreed waiting rate applies; we settle it in advance and state it in the booking confirmation. The calculator gives you the price.
